Ball & Taper Bearings Pty Ltd, trading as
Motor Spares, Goulburn Motor Spares and Brisbane Motor Spares,
originally commenced trading in 1961 as an automotive and industrial
bearing supplier from a small store in Braddon A.C.T.
Through excellent customer service and great demand for automotive
parts Ball & Taper Bearings soon transferred into an automotive
parts supplier and out grew its original location into a larger
store in Fyshwick A.C.T.
In 1969 a branch was opened in Goulburn N.S.W. followed by a branch
in Brisbane QLD soon after and finally a branch at Mitchell A.C.T.
in 1987.

Ball & Taper Bearings is privately owned, currently employing
over 20 staff and is a distributor of many leading brand names
of automotive parts.
